Forklift Maintenance
Major repairs and full reconditioning done right, in a fully equipped shop.

What we do in the shop that we cannot do in the field
Some jobs need lifts, presses, and a controlled environment. Our Victorville shop is set up for the heavy work — the kind of repair that decides whether a forklift gets another five years or gets retired, including major engine, transmission and axle work on rough-terrain forklifts.
Engine and transmission rebuilds
Full teardown, machine work, new bearings, seals, and gaskets, then careful reassembly and break-in. Done right, a rebuild costs a fraction of replacement and buys you years of reliable service.
Mast, carriage, and frame repair
Bent forks, cracked frames, worn mast rollers, damaged carriages — the structural work that needs proper fixtures and welding equipment. We repair the truck to spec instead of covering up the problem.
Complete reconditioning
When you want a used forklift brought back to reliable working order, we go through it end to end — mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, cosmetic. You get a truck that will not surprise you a month after purchase.
Written estimates before any work begins
You approve the scope and cost before we touch a wrench. No surprise invoices, no scope creep — if we find something else during teardown, we call you before continuing.
